International Film and Television Agency is a new company that has been established by television and movie professionals in Czech republic. Even this company is new, it is built on aged television and movie experience of its founders. They have prepared, made up, written and brought more than 1000 episodes of different television shows on the screen in Czech republic. Founders of IFTA are actively working in the movie and television industry in Czech republic already more than 10 years. They speak fluent several languages and have practical as well as university knowledge and education. Below you may read c.v. of two main founders of IFTA.
The main purpose why they have built IFTA was to connect more closely Eastern European movie industry with the American movie industry. The Eastern Europe becomes more and more attractive for the American filmmakers and more and more movies are made in Eastern Europe. Its not only because of the price that is much lower but also because of very attractive locations that Eastern Europe offers. But in spite of this fact its not easy for the American producers and studios to find high quality crew and production partner in Eastern Europe. Founders of IFTA:

was born on March 4th, 1969 in Prague, the Czech Republic. She graduated at the College of Social Science, Institute of Journalism, at the Charles University in Prague. She has been separately publishing in many Czech journals since 1983. Since 1984 she has been also acting as a contributor in the Czech statutory broadcast, there she prepared and broadcasted a number of both entertaining and publicistic programmes and materials. She also took a degree in broadcasting publicism. In 1990 she left for a residency to the Netherlands, and after the defence of graduation theses she returned to the Netherlands, and used the offer of residency in Dutch T.V. stations. As a trainee she was working there till 1994. She speaks fluent English, Russian, Slowak and Dutch.
After she returned to the Czech Republic, she was by birth of several Czech journals, and she published a Guide-book to the Netherlands. In 1996 she succeeded in the competition for the position of screenwriters in commercial T.V. Prima, and she contributed to origination of a live talk-show. Since 1997 she has been acting as a scriptwriter in the biggest Czech commercial television - Nova T.V. Since 2001 she is acting as a scriptwriter for all Czech T.V. stations. For the time being she wrote and successfully realised scripts for more than 500 T.V. entertaining programmes, for 5 years she used to be the author of a weekly entertaining show that used to be one of the most watched programmes in the Czech republic. She has also introduced on screen several new programmes as the author of their themes. At the moment she also fulfils the position of an expert for buying foreign television programs and shows in Czech Public Television.
